1. GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of accommodation services offered through the website blanclloret.com, owned by

By completing a booking through this website, the user fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. BOOKING PROCESS
Bookings are made directly online through the website blanclloret.com.
The accommodation contract is deemed concluded once the user completes the booking process and receives the corresponding confirmation email.

The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the booking process.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment for the booking must be made online at the time of reservation using the payment methods available on the website.
The booking will not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
During the booking process, the user may choose between the following rate options:

4.1 Flexible cancellation rate
Cancellation is free of charge if made within the period indicated in the selected offer.
In the event of cancellation outside this period or in case of no-show, the charge specified in the conditions of the selected rate will apply, which may correspond to the first night or the total stay.

4.2 Non-refundable rate
Bookings made under the non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or modified.
The total amount of the booking will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
Any modification of a booking is subject to availability and to the specific conditions of the selected rate.
No changes or refunds are permitted for non-refundable bookings.

6. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times are those indicated in the booking confirmation.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

7. PROPERTY RULES
Guests agree to comply with the internal rules of the property and to make proper use of the facilities.
Any disturbing, unhealthy or dangerous activities are strictly prohibited.

8. LIABILITY
BLANC LLORET S.L.U. shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation as a result of improper or negligent use and may be required to cover repair or replacement costs.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
BLANC LLORET S.L.U. shall not be held liable for the total or partial failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions or other unforeseeable circumstances.

10. TAXES AND TOURIST FEES
Where applicable, tourist taxes or other local taxes must be paid by the guest in accordance with current regulations and, unless expressly stated otherwise, shall be paid directly at the property.

11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and as set out in the website’s Privacy Policy.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction where the user has consumer status; otherwise, the courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction.
